AGENTIC AI BUILDERS PROGRAMME

Kick-start your career with a unique international experience.

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

The Agentic AI Builders Programme is TAPiO Management Advisory’s practical internship programme for students who want to explore how artificial intelligence can address real business and organisational challenges.

Participants do more than use generative AI tools. They learn to understand a problem, analyse a workflow, design an AI-enabled solution, build and test prototypes, and evaluate whether the solution genuinely improves how an organisation works.

Projects may involve research, knowledge management, workflow automation, business processes, digital transformation and the development of AI systems for real organisational requirements. This directly reflects the programme described in the current brochure.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
  • Agentic and multi-agent AI systems.
  • AI workflow automation.
  • RAG and knowledge systems.
  • Business AI applications.
  • AI-assisted research and information processing.
  • Intelligent internal tools.
  • AI product concepts and prototypes.
  • Business process improvement.
  • Integration of AI into existing software and workflows.
  • Testing, evaluating and improving AI-generated outputs.

The programme is deliberately practical. Some projects may involve significant coding, while others require more process analysis, solution architecture, experimentation and creative problem-solving.

LEARN. BUILD. SOLVE.

LEARN
Gain hands-on experience through guided projects, experimentation, mentorship and exposure to real organisational challenges.

BUILD
Develop intelligent systems, AI applications, knowledge solutions and automated workflows while learning how modern organisations operate.

SOLVE
Turn real business problems into practical AI solutions by understanding requirements, improving workflows and testing whether the resulting system creates genuine value.

That “Learn, Build, Solve” language is already central to the programme brochure and should be retained on the web page for consistency.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are not looking only for experienced AI engineers.

The programme is suitable for students from Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics and other disciplines who have a genuine interest in building with AI.

We are looking for:

  • People who are genuinely curious about AI.
  • Builders and experimenters.
  • Proactive learners.
  • Critical thinkers and problem-solvers.
  • Students who enjoy figuring out how things work.
  • People who can connect technology with practical business problems.
  • Students willing to learn new tools independently.
  • Candidates comfortable experimenting, failing, adjusting and trying again.

PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVES

1. UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM

Before building an AI solution, you need to understand what needs to be solved.

You will learn to:

  • Analyse business and organisational challenges.
  • Interview or work with users to understand their requirements.
  • Map existing processes and workflows.
  • Identify repetitive, inefficient or information-intensive activities.
  • Determine whether AI is actually appropriate for the problem.

2. DESIGN AI SOLUTIONS

  • Translate business requirements into practical AI use cases.
  • Design workflows involving AI models, agents, tools, data and human decision-making.
  • Understand when a single AI interaction is sufficient and when an agentic workflow is more appropriate.
  • Consider inputs, outputs, decision points, exceptions and validation requirements.
  • Think about the complete solution rather than only the AI model.

3. BUILD & EXPERIMENT

  • Develop prototypes for real organisational use cases.
  • Experiment with agentic workflows and multi-agent architectures.
  • Create knowledge and RAG-based applications.
  • Use AI-assisted development environments and tools such as Codex.
  • Connect AI systems with data, APIs and existing applications where appropriate.
  • Rapidly test different approaches instead of assuming the first solution is correct.

4. TEST, EVALUATE & IMPROVE

Building something that works once is not enough.

You will learn to:

  • Test AI systems against realistic scenarios.
  • Identify incorrect, inconsistent or unreliable outputs.
  • Evaluate whether results actually solve the original business problem.
  • Improve prompts, workflows, data sources, logic and system design.
  • Consider reliability, human oversight and practical deployment requirements.

5. THINK LIKE AN AI BUILDER

The programme develops something increasingly important in the AI era: the ability to see what can be built.

You will be encouraged to:

  • Question existing processes.
  • Recognise opportunities for automation and augmentation.
  • Combine business understanding with emerging technology.
  • Prototype ideas quickly.
  • Critically evaluate AI rather than accepting its output automatically.
  • Turn an idea into something another person can actually use.

Programming knowledge is beneficial, particularly Python, but it should not be the principal entry barrier. The programme should attract students who have the ability to think about what could be built, not only those who already know how to write every line of code themselves.

That is consistent with the brochure’s intentionally broad positioning, which says the programme welcomes people ranging from experienced AI builders to those who have only recently become curious about the field, and identifies curiosity, proactive learning and experimentation as key attributes.
