The Malaysia Internship Programme for Leaders by TAPiO held its 6th Wednesday Club with guest speaker Mr. Frank Lucas, the Former COO of Dow Chemicals who had shared about his challenges and obstacles in achieving his goals. It was an interactive session where Mr. Frank shared how he was able to overcome some of the challenges that he went through during his working era and gave a lot of advice for the intern’s future career. The Chairman of TAPiO Management Advisory, Mr. Bernhard Schutte gave a Certificate of Appreciation to Mr. Frank Lucas for his enthusiasm and passion for sharing what does it takes to be a leader.
