What is the true meaning of leadership?
Leadership is normally done by positively influencing a group of people by using strategies to achieve a common goal or objective. During last night’s speakers club meeting, TAPiO’s staff and interns took it upon themselves to meet and talk about leadership. The project speakers for the night were :
a) National Interest of the Leaders in the US – Iran strike by Premadeviy
b) Boss vs Leader by Nurhasikin
c) Women Leading in the Workplace by David Quan
d) Leadership vs Management by Nik Farah
It was an interesting sharing session as the staff and interns got the opportunity to understand the true meaning of leadership and its importance in anyone’s career journey.
