The TAPiO team and interns, as well as guest students from the Belgium, Turkish and Thai embassies, were privileged to have His Excellency Vanu Gopala Menon, the High Commissioner of Singapore to Malaysia as a speaker on TAPiO’s Wednesday Club for leaders. His Excellency Vanu Menon explained the various tasks, duties, and responsibilities that he performs as the High Commissioner of Singapore to Malaysia. He also talked about the roles he performed while working in the United Nations and how it created an impact. Due to the fact that there were both local and international interns at the event, H.E. Vanu Gopala Menon explained about the benefits of diversity in an organization or a country as a whole. At the end of the program, H.E. Vanu Gopala Menon concluded by giving the interns valuable career advice that will help in their professional life. It was a wonderful experience for us all and we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to His Excellency Vanu Gopala Menon for taking time out of his busy schedule to share his valuable and insightful thoughts with us.
